Welcome to Mt. SAC’s Nursing Program. We invite you to submit an application to join our program.

Before you begin your application, please have the following items ready:

1. Your Mt. SAC ID number (aka, your "A" number)
2. A listing of the prerequisites and general education requirements that you have completed
3. Any required supporting documentation listed in the multi-criteria screening form that applies to your application.
4. Complete your application between November 1 to December 1st or June 1st to July 1st.
