Would you like to offer meetings or office hours virtually? ConferZoom is a web conferencing tool that is free to all employees (faculty, classified, and managers). It can be accessed on computers, on phones, or within Canvas. In this session, learn how to set up your free account so you can schedule meetings within ConferZoom and learn about the tools that allow you to moderate meetings or office hour sessions. ConferZoom can be used to present information or to host interactive sessions. Tools include screen share, presentation share, talking via video, audio, or chat. Sessions can be recorded to create a review option for those unable to attend and high accuracy audio transcripts make accessibility easy.  This session will help those who wish to use this tool for coordinating any type of college meeting. ConferZoom is a freestanding tool with options to share with specific people or to share publicly. It can also be shared within Canvas.
