This workshop would be looking at how faculty evaluate faculty.  The workshop will cover timelines and processes.  Evaluations are subjective and are a snapshot of what the evaluator sees in the classroom when they visit on that day and at that time.  How can we make the evaluation process support all faculty?  What is the role of the administrator (usually the division dean or associate dean) in this process?  What is the role of faculty?  What happens when the evaluator and the faculty member being evaluated disagree?
