This interactive presentation will review pertinent federal, state, and local regulations pertaining to distance learning using a sample course shell.  This module will fulfill the one-hour regulations update requirement for SPOT recertification.

This activity is approved for 1.0 hour toward a Professional Growth Increment by Salary and Leaves.
