Understand what sexual harassment is and what steps to take to stop it.  The training will define sexual harassment, identify the myths surrounding it, review laws, and identify what sexual harassment is and what is not.  Using hypothetical scenarios and real-life examples, employees are instructed on how to recognize and prevent sexual harassment and retaliation and are provided practical guidance on the steps that should be taken to correct sexual harassment.

This training fulfills California's mandatory training requirement that all employees receive 1 hour of training regarding sexual harassment.
