All Mt. SAC employees are designated as Disaster Service Workers per CA Gov. Code 3100-3109.  This training will equip participants with basic skills and knowledge on how to respond to emergencies that could occur on campus.  The class will cover  preparedness, emergency communications,  evacuations, sheltering, and first aid techniques. Participants will practice these skills in mock and tabletop exercises. Helping others with disabilities and other functional needs will  be included.
