Barbara teaches READ 70, 80, 90, 100, and TUTR10R (tutor training in reading). The reading program utilizes authentic texts to scaffold students into meeting the demands of college level reading by utilizing strategic reading methodology such as mapping,  questioning, and reflection to strengthen vocabulary acquisition and deepen comprehension.
